Slight Edge is a great gym with great trainers and a welcoming atmosphere. With both personal training and group classes, I’m able to stick to a routine that fits my schedule. Craig and the other coaches are experienced and incredibly knowledgable, and they build programs that are thoughtfully designed to help you achieve your goals.
