I came in to soak off a bad nail set that I had from a different location, I was convinced maybe nails weren’t my cup of tea. I was seen right away by an talented woman named Kelly. All I can say is she understood the assignment! She knew exactly what I wanted and she achieved the look I desired. Kelly pays attention to detail and is so precise in her work. I’ve always wanted a nail tech who actually takes their time on me and makes sure I leave happy. My nails look so clean, cute and classy!!! Big thank you to Kelly for making my day, you’re stuck with me because I definitely will be returning lol

I appreciated they took my daughter and myself for eyebrow wax on the spot we needed only to wait for 10 minutes. However, I asked the woman to keep my eyebrows thick. The other woman came in, and she relaxed my eyebrows and made them way too thin.

I got a Spa Pedicure by Nhung Trinh. She was wonderful! She did a great job with my nails and made sure the water was at the right temperature.I love it that it is a quiet experience, no talking. I can enjoy the chair massage and the hot stone massage in peace. Thank you.Music: It would be great to have more spa-like music. I found the music a bit loud.I like that I can Venmo the service tip. It is convenient.Please make the menu of services and prices available up front. I didn’t know what pedicure I could get until I got to the chair. That is when I got offered the menu.I would recommend Michael’s Place for a pedicure.
