Joe Sanfilippo, owner of J. S. Enterprises has now done 4 major renovation projects for us. We have been extremely fortunate to have hired him for the first time in February 2017 for 2 bathroom renovation projects. Since then we have had Joe do a complete kitchen renovation in the first quarter of 2022 and a complete two - level deck reconstruction in May 2025. Joe completely rebuilt our house from the foundation up, from start to finish. His whole team was a pleasure to work with every step of the way and the project was done exactly when he said it would be. We were so nervous going into the project, but we couldn't be happier.
