On 08/12/25 @ 3:30pm I had the most positive cleaning appointment experience with Christine the hygienist at Gentle Dental in Braintree. She was extremely professional, detailed, descriptive and atentive to all my dental concers. She’s by far the best hygienist that I’ve had work on my teeth. Thank you Christine you truly deserve the praise and recognition for the great job you do.

Doctor Shen is fantastic. She replaced a cracked filling and replaced another filling that was old and cosmetically repaired the tooth. I didn't feel any pain and my bite us better than before!! Ps. Her assistant Angie is also fantastic!

I have severe anxiety when it comes to the dentist. I chose Gentle Dental because I’ve gone here before so I knew what to expect. I let my hygienist know ahead of time how anxious I get and she immediately took it into account, explaining each procedure before doing so and even numbed up my most sensitive part of my mouth. I felt like I was in good care and felt great coming out of the office. I no longer have private insurance, but they were affordable out of pocket as well which is a plus.
