I called and asked for a repair of a game console accessory (i.e a game controller, specifically Playstation 5 and Xbox Series X controller) they claim on the website to be able to fiteverything in regards to game consoles and accessories but when I asked if they could fix a specific problem with one kf the joysticks being loose and a right bumper, they seem incapable from even understanding how to fix that and admitted the only thing they can fix is the HDMI ports of a console and that's it. Very dishonest in regards to their own abilities and low standard of service, should look elsewhere.
I knew something was highly suspicious when stars were near perfect in regards to reviews

The manager was amazing and helpful, got my screen repaired in minutes, also received a new case and screen protecter for very reasonable price! Would reccomend to anyone!
