I would recommend Derby Associates to anyone who is out there looking for a job. I sent my resume to them and within the next few days I met with them to discuss potential opportunities. They sent me out immediately on interviews with well respected companies who they have had long-standing relationships with. The recruiters were dedicated to finding a position best fit for my skills and experience and I appreciate all that they were able to do for me that I would not have been able to do on my own.

I would give zero stars if possible, Do not waste your time on this total "bait and switch" scam. I submitted my resume online for a job. I was told bring a printed copy of resume with me, which I did. I was then asked to fill out ridiculous forms(everything on the resume) and to sign an employment contract with Derby Assoc BEFORE they would interview me. When I pointed out that all the information was on the requested resume I was told "I don't believe in resumes!" So stop asking for them. They called me after I submitted my resume online. I had asked a few questions about the potential job placement which needed follow up. They said a recruiter would call me the next day. No one bothered to call back. I asked them to be straight with me and not give me the run around and the receptionist said that behind my back to the recruiter as she switched the phone over to her and then the recruiter came on the phone and was *ultra-bitchy* from the start.
