The programming is challenging yet incredibly well-structured, pushing me to new fitness heights. Since joining, I have seen a remarkable increase in my strength across all lifts, and I’ve hit so many personal fitness records that I never thought possible! Dropped in for 3 classes while visiting some family. Excellent coaching, great facility. I would highly recommend this affiliate. The members are super friendly and the workouts were well structured and fun!
