The trainers at the studio understood my goals and concerns and created exercise plans that helped me gain muscle while losing weight. The trainer also provided nutrition advice and monitored my weight and other metrics to ensure that I am going in the right direction.
In a span of a few weeks I noticed improvement in my strength and mental health as well. I recommend the studio to anyone who is looking for good personal fitness training and want to improve their physical health.

I’ve been training at Body Science for two months and couldn’t be happier. The personalized attention is outstanding—Suzanne (with a background in gymnastics, weight training, and nutrition) and Mike (baseball and fitness) tailor every workout to my needs. As an eye surgeon, I can’t afford to overstrain certain muscles, and they created a safe, steady program just for me.
The gym is conveniently located right off the Braintree Split, with flexible hours (5:30 am–9 pm) that fit any schedule. The space is never crowded—no more than four clients at once (two with trainers and two on cardio)—and the community is welcoming, with a great mix... read full review
