I recently used Marlene’s to clean about 90% of the carpet in our house. Mostly my entire 2nd floor and a room on the first floor that sees a lot of traffic.Candidly, the results were astonishing in the high traffic room, which was a light colored carpet with significant and obvious staining and discoloration. It was bad enough that I’d considered removing the carpet and putting down new flooring, but it looks so much better now.Upstairs was newer carpet, but the few small blemishes we’d had are gone and it looks brand new.Overall, I’m very happy with the results and would definitely recommend this business. Marlene did a great job cleaning our heavily stained carpets. The results are beyond our expectations. we feel peace of mind knowing our 5 month old has a clean safe space to learn to crawl and play on.

Marlene did an amazing job on my rugs. I love that her system is non-toxic, and that I could leave the rugs in place on the hardwood floors for the cleaning. The rugs look great, and Marlene went above and beyond to make the job go smoothly. I couldn't be happier!
