I absolutely love the staff at Boxford Animal Hospital. They have beem taking care of my husky for the last 7 years. They are great with him.

I recently was using them for both of my dogs animal care. I had scheduled 2 dog dentals with them and was canceled unknowingly. They claim to have left a message but there was no follow up. We showed up. I was highly inconvenienced being that logistics had to be organized to drop both dogs off and picked up. They only offered 10% off future services but it does not repay the time lost and a day of work impacted for myself and my partner. Also the money spent for the required pre surgery appointment that was several hundred dollars. No solution was reached. I am now left with wasted time and money spent for no reason.

My family absolutely loves Boxford Animal Hospital. The staff is knowledgeable and caring and kept us apprised of everything during Lucy's overnight stay.Four paws up! :)
