The entire staff at Nickerson-Bourne was extremely helpful in guiding me through such a difficult time. Paulina took care of everything and made the entire process so much easier. Communication was prompt, clear, and there was always someone available to answer my questions, and to make sure I knew what to expect. I am truly grateful for everything they did for us.

I lost my daughter 3 weeks ago. Paulina and everyone at Nickerson - Bourne funeral home made a tough experience much easier. From helping me navigate the pricing to making a beautiful memorial table for her. They were kind, compassionate and answered all my questions (they still are) with grace and never made me feel like a bother even when I was misunderstanding something. They are all very good at their job and they made a very hard day the best it could be. I highly recommend this funeral home if you have the unfortunate need to use one.
