As a summer visitor, I would often wait until I visited Cape Cod to have a cut and highlight. Top notch cuts and highlights like no one has ever done before or since. JoAnne is a sweet and cheerful person. I always look forward to spending time with her. She listens carefully to what I want. I walk out of her salon feeling fabulous!”
