Worst ad agency I’ve ever encountered in my 25+ year career. Lost $50,000 because of the required 3 month commitment. Received 0 legit leads from it. All inquiries were spam. They do nothing. Just take your money, assign junior reps who know nothing about advertising or marketing all hidden behind their google accounts so as a client you have zero visibility into anything. Their reporting dashboards are just fluff clicks and impressions. The supposed account manager also never replies nor is proactive. We always had to run after them multiple times with questions on what is happening with our account. Do not recommend wordstream or LocalIQ to anyone of my friend executives....read full review

WordStream makes our work day so much more manageable and we can get so much more done!I love the Client Center. It gives a very clear view of all the accounts that I manage. I can look at all of their basic performance, even their ad spend up to the current day of the month with a percentage, letting me know if they're spending more than they should or if we need to increase their daily budget.And from the Client Center view, if you see any numbers that are low among accounts, you can click on it and go straight into making changed and optimizations to help their performance.As you can probably tell, I'm pretty big on the budget.
