I can’t recommend Ariel and VIBE enough! From my very first visit, Ariel’s calm, warm, and welcoming demeanor immediately put me at ease. It was my first experience with acupuncture, and I was dealing with a lot of aches and discomfort during pregnancy. Ariel was incredibly knowledgeable about treating pregnancy-related aches and pains, and I always felt comfortable and well cared for in her hands.
Toward the end of my pregnancy, she also worked with acupressure points that can help encourage labor. When I was a week overdue and already scheduled for an induction, I went into labor naturally after one of her treatments.

I had my first acupuncture session with Lisa at Vibe Wellness and it was such a wonderful experience.
