Kean and Daniel at UBreakIFix seem personably-outgoing and technically-proficient. Kean replaced my laptop's screen--parts they warranteed for one year--replaced the storage drive with a larger and compatible SSD I'd bought from Amazon, and copied all my files. When excluding the cost of the drive, the repair cost about $330, which was 60% of Best Buy's Geek Squad estimate of $550. Additionally, Kean found a warped battery that could have ruined my computer, and I paid about another hundred for him to replace it, also having a warrantee--well-worth the cost, considering what the old battery could have damaged. My tablet suddenly wouldn’t let me login or even power off, while I was heading to a meeting . I stopped at uBreakiFix ,and they were extremely kind and helpful. One technician fixed it in just two minutes, and when I asked how much I owed, he said it was nothing . Amazing service and very professional staff!
Great spot and great staff! Danilo was amazing - listened attentively, was very polite, and fixed the phone in no time! Outstanding guy!
