Great shop and service except the front desk today. It would be nice if they look at the customer in the eye and properly greet them. This is the second time same person. Someone as disrespectful as this person should not be the face of this business. It’s a very bad impression.
best barbershop and only barbershop I trust in MA. I have wavy almost 2a half asian/white hair (wasian hair) and every haircut thus far in my life I have been to, they've cut it like it's straight hair. Even if I warn them they still cut it badly, but, Emily listened. She heard my advice/context, understood my broad idea of what I wanted and perfectly mixed it with her professional advice and touch to give me a haircut I loved!
