I have had Rheumatoid Arthritis since the age of 6. I am now 34 years old. I feel pretty confident in being my own health advocate. I've been suffering with jaw pain for over a year and nobody seems to be able to help. After months I get an appointment here, I take an unpaid day of work, drive over an hour, paid 70$ in a co pay just for the doctor to immediately dismiss me. His immediate interaction was telling me "You DONT Have" *said issue I was diagnosed with a year ago*. Without even glancing at my images or reading my chart. Pros: Decent prices, clean, nice people, front desk very nice Cons: No timeline or schedule laid out. It's been over 19 months since I went in to ask to get implants and I'm still waiting. Or so frustrated with not being able to get a rough schedule I texted my estimation of steps left and schedule to the doctor/intern. I asked to please correct or provide one in return. Never got one back. Had I known the time frame was going to be probably close to 2 years for completion and the terrible communication I would not have gone there. Medical staff told me I would only be billed for procedures in the plan they provided me. I asked that question several times over the course of visits there and they said yes. Kept getting front desk saying I owed for things not on the original plan. Implant doctor/intern (whatever they are called) never would reach out to me via, email or text about next step/visit in the procedure. I had to always be texting her. Twice she said she would get back to me the next day to schedule appointment and of course she didn't. I got the feeling the patience wasn't a priority at all. Dental mold guide used to lineup the implants was incorrect and they couldn't get it to fit. Had to redo mold meaning yet another visit when it comes in. Hopefully it fits the next time I go in. Overall, a very frustrating experience and would not recommend it. If I had it to do over again, I'd go to an established professional implant practice.

Billing manager is not helpful, doesn’t care, and won’t follow simple instructions. Our insurance is ready and willing to pay but has been given the runaround by the billing manager. Meanwhile I’m stuck in the middle and now my daughter is being denied care because the billing department is refusing to do their job. I would never recommend anyone to go here and I will never seek care here again. Absolutely horrible customer care from the billing manager. I’m ready to take it to solve it 7 as it’s been over a year and hours on the phone and still they can’t get it resolved. I bet with a lawyer and news camera the billing manager would make an effort to resolve...read full review
