I have a friend who let the agency know about her taking a personal leave from the job they hired her for, basically at the end of her term. But this agency didn't tell her they have a directive to immediately relay this info to the company and ruined her working relationship with her manager, who has decided to work from home now because of how awkward this whole thing was. This agency handled the situation so poorly I had to leave this review, to warn others about how unprofessional they are.

A friend of mine decided to give this agency a chance, after getting placed and working for sometime she shared with the agency that she would have to leave due to personal reasons.The agency did not inform her that they had a directive to immediately relay such information to the company which she was placed. As a result of this action, the work relationship built with her and her manager has been ruined. This unfortunately led to the manager making the decision to work from home due to the discomfort felt during face to face communication with her.

Very unprofessional. My friend working here told the agency about her personal leave, and they immediately informed her supervisor at the company she was temping for the details, making the remainder of her assignment awkward, and ruining her working relationship with the employees there.
