Hired Tappe to observe my complete roof in Boston, they failed to notice MAJOR issues (roof ridge cap installed incorrectly, flashing installed incorrectly installed horizontal instead of vertical, flashing installed incorrectly) NOW I HAVE A LEAKING ROOF, and tappe and contractor have been paid in FULL.
