I had the pleasure of being serviced by Jessica. I really enjoyed the hospitality and attention from the moment I called to book a last minute, same day appointment. I was treated very nice on the phone and in person, as soon as I walked in. I could tell the location services a lot of regulars by the way they interacted with clients. I love that small town tight knit feel, it’s hard to find in the city. I don’t have a regular salon/stylist. I moved from out of state a few years ago and never found that good match. Uyen is absolutely fantastic. I've been to so many Supercuts in the Boston area and nobody can get a basic haircut right. But Uyen remembers exactly what I got last time and does a great job each time.
A lot of bad reviews for this location stems from people not understanding the basics of how the Supercuts online reservation system works. People who make reservations and check in get preference over walk-ins. It's not rocket science.
Uyen is fantastic and I would recommend her services to everyone!

Hair dressers always know exactly what I need here, when I ask to "thin" out my hair and chop off the volume, they know exactly what I am looking for. Vibe: It's in a lovely area, I've never really booked an appointment online lol, but on the weekends, the wait times are never long.
