I want to express my appreciation for the exceptional services provided by this hair salon. During a routine hair wash, the stylist identified that my scalp was experiencing some issues and recommended that I consult my primary care physician.
Called Rebeka to schedule service completely frustrated with my hair. She took her time and listened to every detail over the phone, we must have been on the phone for over 30 minutes. She listened and said “whatever is going on we will fix it, just come to your appointment!” Headed to the salon I was overwhelmed with anxiety, fear and judgment. I had very porous, dry and tangled 4C hair that needed some serious work. I called Rebeka and she made time in same week for for an appointment. She was detailed and treated my hair with so much care. My hair is super smooth and shiny and I'm getting so much compliments for it
