My favorite neighborhood tailor and dry cleaner! Everyone here is so lovely, dry cleaning and tailor quality are fantastic and prices are the best in the area. I had a pair of tan slacks with stains that another dry cleaner couldn’t get out, and they were able to do it! I also brought in a dance competition dress for a tricky alteration, and they were able to do it perfectly. Thank you so much!! Will continue to be back multiple times a week!
I have been going to Shawmut Place for over 4 years now for both my dry cleaning and any alterations and tailoring. I have had them alter several expensive designer dresses for me and they always come back perfect! Most recently, I brought a dress that I thought was ruined by a spray tan and the owner spent the time to find a specialty dry cleaner who could fix what I thought was a ruined dress! I highly recommend Shawmut Place - such great service!
Shawmut Place did a great job altering a jumpsuit for me! In addition to that, the zipper broke on me (user error, not their error) the day before my event and they went out of their way to fix it for me in record time. Everyone there is incredibly kind and I couldn’t recommend them enough!
