Ruff Translating has been an absolute life saver for me in training my service dog, Mae. The entire team is incredibly kind and knowledgeable. They were able to make recommendations based on my needs and also on the genetics/breed of my dog. I learned so much about dog training, building confidence, and meeting the needs of your dog. I know I could not have trained my dog for service work without them and she is so happy now that she has a job and has more emotional regulation and confidence!

The entire team at Ruff Translating are beyond incredible. They really are “fluent in dog.” When I started my service dog training journey, I was completely overwhelmed and wondering what I’d gotten myself into. At no point will I pretend that training your own service dog is an easy undertaking. TL;DR: Ejay and Kim are kind people, who are honest with expectations and what is needed to train a service dog, even when it is difficult. I have had an incredibly positive experience, during which my questions, no matter how silly, have been answered and explained, and all of my concerns addressed.
