On 9/17, call to request service for same toilet clogged up. Had different technician this time.
Ronnie #5593 who looked familiar. Excellent customer service, friendly. He immediately diagnosed the problem. My husband who has dementia was not using correct tissue but some other paper on a roller that looked like regular tissue paper. Ronnie was very kind and suggested I remove the other paper from the room. After unclogging he remembered doing a service many years ago on a different toilet that my toddler grandson clogged up when going through toilet training. We both laughed, I also then remembered. excellent service from start to finish and in a Saturday. The Roto Rooter technician was friendly, efficient and an expert at unclogging our drain. we find no reason to call any other company in the future.
The gentleman who came to unclog the toilet did a great job. But he never introduced himself. We have 2 small dogs and I held on to them so he wouldn’t be afraid. He. Did a great job.
