I rented for exactly one year. Paid rent on a timely manner. Used my office only twice. Now that my lease has expired, they took 5 weeks to refund my deposit and demanded a number of documents filled out before I received it.. The customer service is A.I. out of Singapore and it is impossible to ever speak with anyone on the phone. They have no issue collecting rent early but when it comes to customer service, they are poor.
I use Spaces/Regus in the UK. This week I am in Boston. I got given the usage of this lovely office. I have big windows and the lady in Reception was super friendly and made me feel very welcome. I totally recommend it. Last month I was in Spain and I had a similar experience. It's actually very useful to have a membership that allows to benefit from offices all around the world.
Outstanding experience with this building and staff! Every time we've had an issue, the friendly team of Liz, Pauline and Sarah have jumped through hoops to make the problem right immediately. They've taken time out of their day to patiently go through contracts, invoices, and systems with us repeatedly, and have never once balked at having to re-explain something to another one of our team members. Not only have they gone above and beyond to solve any problem we've had, they've always been ready with a helpful smile in the morning and are eager to help our technologically inept team figure out printers, scanners, faxes, and the room booking system.
