Queen of Nails is a welcoming establishment with a friendly and attentive staff. The atmosphere is beautiful, clean, and classy. The nail technicians are super talented and skilled, providing excellent services such as pedicures and nail art. The salon offers off-street parking and serves cold Piña Coladas, which many customers find enjoyable. While prices may vary, the salon provides a pleasant experience with comfortable seating and a nice setting. Although they only accept cash and do not have massage chairs, the convenience of an ATM inside makes up for it. The staff strives daily to give the best service to all clients, regardless of language barriers, with love and respect. Overall, Queen of Nails is a great choice for those seeking a professional and friendly nail salon experience.

Monday evening I called and asked if someone could do the nails. The individual I spoke to told me yes and I could come in immediately. I was very happy because one I was looking for a new new salon and two I saw the reviews were good. Upon arrival to the salon, I was first met by the very beautiful and pink decor. It looks like royalty. The manicurist, all wear pink scrubs and almost everything in the nail salon was pink with some greenery for a pop. Very cute. I want to the nail salon to the receptionist desk and she was on the phone. So I waited a couple minutes, she never acknowledged my presence at all did not say, "Hold on. I will be right with you" or anything. after about seven minutes, she asked me to take a seat. I am practicing patient so I did not immediately get annoyed. When she got off the phone, she did call me back up to the receptionist desk and just stared at me. She did not say welcome. She did not ask me if I had an appointment or anything she just stared. The receptionist absolutely way more training, especially for such a beautiful salon. I asked the receptionist could I be seen by someone to do dip nail polish on my fingers and a color change on my toes. She then told me that they don't have dip. I saw some dip containers on the wall so I pointed an asked what are those, and she reiterated we don't do it. I pointed again at the containers and said I wanted that and then she walked away from the desk and came back and escorted me to a station. I was seated quickly at Vicky's station. She did a nice job on my manicure, her conversation was great. She told me about her children and everything. I enjoyed her service. I was also able to get my nail polish on my toes change, but they don't have any regular polish in there so for the first time ever I put gel on my nails. I do not typically get gel because it peels very quickly for me, but we will see how it goes. All in all, I would love to love this salon. It seems like the ladies in there are nice, although it wasn't that warm or welcoming except for the owner Grimelly who came by and asked how it was going and if everything was ok. She also came out at the end to see if I was satisfied with my nails. I hope the receptionist, especially and some of the other ladies can get some additional training and customer service.
The best nail salon in town! They are really professional. I've been doing my nails with Grimelly for almost 2 years and I have no complaints about it. She is really talented!
I get my refills done monthly and my nails are perfect! because their material is of very good quality and the prices are reasonable.
Btw Piña Coladas are something else!!
