Dave and his team provide excellent customer service. Dave has excellent, timely communication skills which are essential to a project. We always felt that he gave 100% of his attention to our renovation. Our condo looks fantastic.

Dave and crew helped me with several projects over a couple years as I prepared a property for sale. He helped resolve some roofdeck hatch / egress issues with some clever thinking that hit my budget. During one of the projects his team found that a break in had occurred and went out of their way to secure the site, install a temporary for the sliding glass door and then expedite the replacement. It was a long day on a Friday afternoon into evening where the customer was first.

I recently moved to Boston and needed a contractor to do some work to my condo. The kitchen was gutted, a window was resized, floors were sanded and stained, every wall and piece of trim was painted, fixtures were hung and appliances were installed. Dave and his team did better than I could have imagined. He is as much of a designer as he is a contractor, and he has great taste. Nothing stumped Dave. He was quick to work, and enjoyed the work he did. If there is something I need touched up after the work is done Dave was easy to get in touch with, and he quickly responds. I could not be happier with the turn out or with Proforma Design!
