The most terrible thing that can exist. They mistreat the elderly. They consider themselves miserable.
They may be happy with the limousines, but they are mistreating the services of disabled people.
They never pick up disabled patients in the medical areas. They say that they call them on the phone and they don't answer. But it's a lie because there are no calls in the call logs.
Horrible, cruel, and very demeaning. Left my 86 year old aunt in a wheel chair stranded after agreeing to wait 15 minutes, she was down there within 10 and driver was long gone, after being told by the office not to wait. Moreover, according to their agreement they were scheduled to wait at least 30 minutes. It got worse when I called the office and they treated me with disrespect, were horrible, mocking and hung up on me twice. Although I was upset, I did not act in any way that justifies their behavior, in fact, nothing would justify the way my aunt and I were treated.
