My experience working at this company was horrifically horrible my first day Bernie Sanchez and his colleague, Leslie Paris, where my higher-ups Bernie disclosed that because of my locks( my hair ) I looked like I did not want to be here and he could not “present” me to his team. I just felt like as a African-American living in the community of Boston, just wanting a career for my life that put me in a emotionally distraught mindset, I already felt judged in my work environment from my first day.
