I had a great experience at Parker’s, Bobby went over my concerns really quick and made process for communicating very easy. Mark did detailing and I'm happy with the service. Their prices are reasonable especially with maintenance, would recommend!
Update: Second time I’ve gone for maintenance, they do a great job and are quick with their work. Paul reached out to me with updates often and they take pictures of all issues for you to see.

Excellent friendly service at an honest and surprisingly fair price. I have my Lexus back and it's working flawlessly. I am very happy with Parker's Auto Service and they are now my go to. I highly recommend them, especially if you are need out of warranty maintenance or repairs. They'll let you know what, if anything, needs to be repaired immediately and what may be needed in the future based on mechanical and a visual (video)

I have been a repeat customer at Parker Auto, and recently brought in my 2015 x4 for an oil change, tire repair, interior/exterior detail, and an overall ~90k mile check-up. Bobby, James, and Casey were incredibly helpful and responsive as always; I appreciate the time and hassle-free approach that they take to explain their recommendations, as well as the written list of estimate options that they provide. The work was done in a timely manner, and at a totally reasonable cost.
