I highly recommend Twins Auto Repair in Dorchester. My brakes were shot and needed replacement. I spoke to Jimmy directly and brought my car in. It was repaired the same day. What I like best about my experience is that Jimmy is a straight shooter, honest and professional. He discusses your options, & prioritizes what services you need. The repair costs were reasonable. The mechanics on staff were professional, kind and knowledgeable. My car runs great and I am very pleased. It is refreshing to do business with Jimmy after my experiences with going to dealers where it felt as if I was getting fleeced.

I've gone to Jimmy at this shop for about a year now and every time something goes wrong he saves me. This most recent time, I had to have my car towed to a different shop and they told me I needed an entirely new engine for at least $7000. I immediately called Jimmy and had it towed to him and he saved me pretty much all of that money by figuring out what was actually wrong and fixing it within 24 hours. He is so responsive and is consistently updating me on what's going on, sending prices and timelines before he does anything. He made my nightmare turn into the easiest situation. I've been going here for the past 7+ years. It used to be called Kiets Auto. Jimmy is the owner and he is the best. He is always willing to help customers and he charges fair prices. The mechanics also really know their job. I've had them fix everything from sensors to body damage. I highly recommend!
