North End Waterfront Health (NEW Health), established in 1971, has been providing primary care and specialty services to the North End of Boston and surrounding communities. They are affiliated with Massachusetts General Hospital and Boston Medical Center. Patients have reported positive experiences with the doctors who try to address their concerns with undivided attention, despite the office feeling understaffed. The dental services have also received praise for their efficiency in scheduling appointments, the friendliness and informative nature of the dentists. Patients appreciate the community feel of the practice and express gratitude towards the doctors, nurses, and support staff for their dedication and care.

Jemima and Dula are excellent phlebotomists each time I visit the labs on the 2nd floor. I have a long history of becoming vagal after blood draws, but both of them recline the seat and take other protective measures to ensure I have a seamless experience. They really make me feel at ease every time.
NEW Health is an extremely convenient community health center for North End residents and others. They use MGB’s Patient Gateway, so if you also have specialists at MGH or Brigham, communication is seamless.
North End Waterfront Health is a small but well run and helpful clinic. All my care there is compassionate, comprehensive and timely. The one drawback is the location, mainly due to the lack of parking. But overall it’s a great facility with great professionals.
