I have been a customer at Nails Maxx for years - almost since they opened. There are so many talented manicurists and pedicures there that I just think you cannot go wrong when you make an appointment. One thing that is very important to me is the cleanliness of a nail salon, because truly so much can go wrong, but Nails Maxx follows very high hygiene standards. I have seen them open the packages of instruments direct from the autoclave, and throughout the day the salon is being cleaned multiple times.

The management is super rude and the place is overpriced for what you get but I did really like Anne. Wouldn't come back because of management though and insane price tag given the service you receive. Plenty of other places around. Giving it 3 stars only because Anne was very sweet.

I called ahead to schedule an appointment and ask for an operator that paid attention to detail. I received just that, Titi was great! Very professional, well run establishment. Plan to return of course.
