The recruiting team I worked with (Austin Getzloff, Sally Leung, and Peter Hammel) was excellent. I didn't previously have experience working with recruiters and I wasn't sure what to expect. I feel like the quality of the companies they were able to connect me with was significantly better than what I found on many of the common job search sites and I couldn't be happier with how much help they offered me.

Michael Couhig was my recruiter at Motion Recruitment for a high-level software position. He did an amazing job advocating for me to the client. He was in constant communication regarding next steps, and was able to get me an offer with a base pay towards the top of my expected salary range.I can not say enough about Mike and his professionalism. If you are in the job market, he and the rest of the Motion Recruitment team are the recruiters you want on your side!
