These people really impressed
me after several lackluster interviews with other recruiters. As another reviewer put it: They understand the technology that they're talking to you about. That gives them such an edge over other agencies that nod and pretend to know what I'm talking about, and then start referring me to openings that are totally unrelated to my skills. They were able to discern more about what kind of position would be the best fit for me better than I knew myself! The recruiting team I worked with (Austin Getzloff, Sally Leung, and Peter Hammel) was excellent. I didn't previously have experience working with recruiters and I wasn't sure what to expect. I feel like the quality of the companies they were able to connect me with was significantly better than what I found on many of the common job search sites and I couldn't be happier with how much help they offered me.
Michael Couhig was my recruiter at Motion Recruitment for a high-level software position. He did an amazing job advocating for me to the client. He was in constant communication regarding next steps, and was able to get me an offer with a base pay towards the top of my expected salary range.I can not say enough about Mike and his professionalism.
