Armando was a tremendous help during my job search. He is committed to finding you a job and is your biggest advocate. Literally within the first week of working with Armando I had two job interviews lined up. He is efficient, honest and amazing at communication. He is willing to text and connect after hours to ensure that all of your questions are answered. His personable character is refreshing and honestly, the fact that he is young made me feel more comfortable to have a friend-like conversation with him. He is well connected throughout the industry and if he ever doesn’t know the answer to a question, he WILL connect you with someone who does. Overall, Monument Staffing is an amazing agency to work with and I'm happy to report that I landed a full-time job with benefits thanks to Armando.
