First time patient here for my cat. Was absolutely impressed with the kindness and complete understanding the receptionists had on the telephone and in person. A great team! Of all my years of going to local vets in the Boston area never meet such a kind and loving knowledgeable Vet as Dr Kelly. Her bedside manners with the animals and her taking the time to explain what she assumed what was wrong with the cat at the time was beyond exceptional. After the diagnosis was done via lab work, etc.... Dr. Kelley once again took plenty of time to explain what medical care should be done. Not only did the clinic help us get our cat back to feeling well they also made phone calls to us to find out how the cat was doing . Such exceptional human touches and follow ups that meant so much and never experienced anything like this before. I highly recommend Metrovet to anybody who really wants personal exceptional professional care for their pets
