Just a terrible experience with CBIZ. I submitted a requested for consultation on Corporate website nearly a month ago, have not received acknowledgement or a response, despite multiple calls to the Boston office.
Each time I was told someone would follow up. No one ever called back; except the receptionist who said they were still working on it and cited issues due to merger/acquisition.
Fair warning: shockingly poor service by a professional services firm and disrespectful lack of response.
