This place was a hidden Gem. I searched for days to find help with my daughter who got her hair very tangled and looked for dematting/de tangling services. Other salons turned us away with harsh judgment and telling us the only option is to cut off her hair! Locs Concept welcomed us with open arms! Through the course of 3-4 couple of hour appointments, not only were they able to get her hair untangled with minimal hair loss, we made a new “home away from home” environment with extremely talented hair stylists who work together as a team in a judgement free and fun space! Locs Concept - #1 salon with loc expertise hands down— professionalism, excellent care and customer service. I grew up in NJ and NY and the technique and skill at Locs Concept is exquisite! This is an amazing place and you will NOT be disappointed! No other salon compares - you must go and check it out yourself. My new home for locs is the Loc Center - Kesh, Amy, Sydney, and Leek! The service is great, from Kesh down to his staff. They are friendly, helpful, they make you feel comfortable. The location so beautiful, 100% neat, well organized. My hair was breaking, my locs got loose but they were able to fix it and make something Beautiful. If you are in Boston and need to get your hair fix I recommend locs concept, you won't regret. In terms of price it's affordable to everyone. I had a great time and this is gonna be my permanent hair plug.
