Our condo mailboxes needed fixing - he gave a quote for a visit, but also said we could bring in mailbox unit to save $$ - I brought it in, new mailbox locks, new master PO lock - perfect!
Then this month we had an attempted break-in at our condo - luckily guy did not succeed. I called Le and he promptly came out to install latch guards, fix a faulty front door latch, and also fixed a sliding glass door lock. I live in the neighborhood and always come here to get keys made - great, friendly customer service and I've never had to bring a key back for not working right once I got it home. Last night I got home and realized I locked myself out, and figured I'd call Local Lock & Key first. Even though it was a night on the weekend, Lee came as soon as he could and kept me updated on his ETA. Got the door open for me in no time. Professional, friendly, skilled.
