I had an appointment on July 3rd with Kay- hopefully I got her name right. I had full legs, armpits, chin/lip, and Brazilian done. She was the best nurse I had since starting my treatments. She was welcoming and informative. The whole time she spoke to me to distract me so that I was not in a lot of pain. For the first time, my experience was bearably smooth and done in a timely manner without any issues. She definitely deserves a promotion! I hope to have her again on my next appointment!!
I had a great experience at my first laser appointment in the Fenway location. Kara at the front desk was so welcoming and kind. She was very helpful in booking future appointments and in understanding my options for treatment. During my appointment, I had Rachel, PA, who was so incredibly knowledgeable about the treatments down to the cellular level but was able to explain it so I could understand. Extremely pleased with my experience here. Although the scheduling was a little rocky since they cancelled my appointments a couple times, I’ve always been impressed by the positive attitude and professionalism of the staff. Rachel, the PA-C at the Fenway location single handedly makes the experience worth it. She is efficient, had attention to detail, and happily answers any and all questions (which is amazing for an information seeker like myself)! Laseraway services are good but specifically being tested by Rachel is what truly makes the experience.
