I'm a semi regular (every few months) and they always do a great job. They take their time. Today the nail tech recommended I pick a different color because the one I picked was too light with my accent color and she was 100% right. I picked a different shade and they turned out perfect.
I feel very confident with the cleanliness, their tools are autoclaved, they open a sterile pack in front of you, they use gloves, and liners for the foot baths.

Went about a year ago. Only to take off gel color. Ended up with nails broken up vertically if you can imagine that. Thinner than paper and I only do my nails once or twice a year only gel. I asked the lady to stop and walked away with an $18 bill for destroying my nails. Don’t even know why I paid it.

I got a manicure last week - I had only had 1 pedicure there once and waxing. Both were good & my pedicure lasted over a month. They are not the friendliest staff and I would suggest the staff at JP Nails smile or be a little pleasant-rather than a grimace---but I can't fault them because they did an excellent job on my manicure and I've gotten a bunch of compliments on my nails. I live close by so it is convenient and I would recommend them. These pics are after doing a ton of dishes and cooking and they still look very good. I will be back! :)
