Although I don’t live close by I find that the treck to JP Centre yoga is always worth it. The staff is super friendly, the teachers are so knowledgeable and kind, and the space is lovely. I’ve had three back surgeries so I always inform the teachers of this and they watch out for me. They check to make sure I’m positioning myself properly and suggest modifications.Thank you JP Centre Yoga!

Marlene Boyette is an incredible instructor. Her classes always feel like the safe space I've been craving after navigating personal challenges and these really painful times more broadly. No judgment, no pressure to be the most flexible or the strongest, just lots of care and intention. I'm very grateful for the space she facilitates.

Jill’s class is GREAT. She gives plenty of options for different bodies and abilities, and I always feel challenged during class and proud afterwards. I also loved that I had 48 hours to stream the class so that I could fit it into my schedule. ?
