About Integrarte
Integrarte is a dance studio led by two former Boston Ballet Principal Dancers, Erica and Carlos, who offer highly professional ballet training for students of all levels. Their Pre-Professional Ballet Training program is rigorous and detail-oriented, incorporating various dance styles. My daughter was very lucky to have been accepted into Erica and Carlos' Pre-Professional Ballet Training program. It was a very rigorous and detail oriented program, incorporating many dance forms. Erica and Carlos had high expectations of their students and due to the individual attention that each student received, the progress was phenomenal. This was evident during the many Showcases throughout the year covering a very extensive repertoire. Spartanburg is truly fortunate to have two ex-Boston Ballet Principal Dancers on their doorstep. Not only are they the top in their league and excellent teachers, they are extremely kind and caring people wanting to share their love of dance and the arts with all who want to take part.
Their studio is not the biggest one in Boston area, but they are probably the most professional ballet teachers and dancers I met for adult ballet class, both Carlos and Erica are very nice and encouraging. Every time I took Erica’s class, I can feel her positive vibe. She did every demo throughly, every student, from very basic beginner level to very advance pre-professional one , will learn from her. She is very patient to correct your posture, and knows exactly those common mistakes students usually will make. For adult students like me, ballet is very good and important exercise for mind and body, and taking class in Integrarte is always a good experience.
