I've been with Holland for 4 years, I think they are a good property management company, Jacquie can be very rude at times but you do have to put her in her place so she knows who to play with and who not to play with then she's cool,I've never ever had mice in my apartment and there's a couple of roaches, but if you keep your apartment clean you really don't have to much to worry about
