As someone who's had bad experiences at salons and shied away from them for years, Markia has genuinely changed that!! I loved every minute of being in her care :) From the moment I arrived, she educated me and walked me through everything that was going to happen. Throughout the appointment, she kept checking in to make sure I was comfortable and truly listened to what I wanted. She's such a great conversationalist and creates a safe, welcoming space where you can tell she truly cares about you and your hair's needs. Book her you'll have an amazing experience:)
What a wonderful experience. Care is the active word. Markia doesn’t just care for your hair but also for the person. She is careful how she presents information, and intentional on how you receive it. She made me and my daughter feel like we were in a safe space and that we felt seen and taken care of. What an amazing human being and talented practitioner. We will be back!
