I visited Habibi Nails and Designs for the first time on Sunday, September 10, 2023, specifically for a pedicure. Upon arrival, I noticed there was a customer ahead of me, which I didn't mind waiting for. My pedicure was performed by Orlanda, and I must commend her for her exceptional skills in painting, cleaning, and shaping my nails.However, I must express my concerns regarding the salon's sanitation practices. Typically, I expect to see tools stored in a pouch to indicate they have been properly cleaned and sterilized through an autoclave or soaked in disinfectant solution to eliminate germs. Went in to this salon for the second time. First time it took two people to do my nails and it wasn't with the person I booked with. In addition, they don't use cuticle oil so pushing so way they push them back can be a little painful so beware. This more recent time (two days ago) I went and the lady I booked with said she was double booked and asked me if another person could do my nails, and I just said yes. It took 3 hours, and it wasn't ballerina shape as I had asked but she tried. The ladies are nice but to pay $50 for a nail job like this, idk.
