I've been dealing with ABCD for years. There's a reason why other government agencies have 1 star reviews and they have almost 5. They are the most caring and understanding people that will go out their way for you any chance they can. Amazing staff and amazing program.
I called and someone actually answered the phone! She took my info, told me what I needed. I got the app in 2 days. Had what I needed to return with app. I was so grateful it wasn't a long drawn out process. The lady was very help. And the app only needs your signature!
