I recently met with the shop to discuss the issues I had experienced with my flute. Adam and Megan were incredibly kind and generous with their time, spending several hours with me and patiently walking me through everything. They explained flute care, terminology, and maintenance in a very thoughtful and supportive way. In the end, none of us could clearly identify the cause of the problems -- it may simply remain a mystery -- but they went above and beyond to make things right. They fully refunded me and also gifted me a beautiful Wiseman French flute case, cleaning cloths, and a lovely flute book by Marianne Gedigian and Patty Adams. Love flutistry! It’s been so awesome to see them grow over the past decade. I’ve gone here for retail for sheet music, to just try beautiful flutes, a piccolo purchase, and now for regular instrument maintenance. They are such a gem in the flute world and I’m so happy to be in the same neighborhood! I’m grateful for my recent COA that has my 10 year old flute feeling brand new again.
