“My mother was in Brighton house for 1 month. I would say that over all she received excellent care. The new Administrator always made herself available I believe her name is Deniscia Marks. She is creating a new atmosphere for the rehabilitation. One of the head nurses Linda in my opinion should be the nursing director. She, nurse Samantha, and one of the PCA’s went above and beyond to make sure my mother received the best care. Oh and I can’t forget about the admissions person. I can’t remember her name. She made me and me feel comfortable sending my mother there. Most everyone was on point. Of course there are a few bad apples especially the night crew and some of the PCA’s but over all it was an amazing experience. This poor company has scammers claiming to be them and the 1 star reviews are from jerks who couldn't bother to take 5 mins out of their day to do a little research and have just decided to tank this company's reviews. I have had no personal dealings with this company, but I'm leaving this to bring their review up a bit. They are just as much a victim as all of us that are being harassed by the scammers that stole their name. It's unfair to tank their Google rating because you're frustrated with constant spam calls. Set your phone to dnd like a normal person and add people to your approved list that you still want to be able to get through to you. Be smarter than the scammers, please. Answering their calls also just makes it clear to them that you have an active #, fyi. It will only cause their calls to increase. Use your brain and do some research.
